Hi today 07/19/21
Today marks my first juice fast for the year. Today I made it official because yesterday, I didn't do well on it. I cooked my husband dinner and I gave in. I purpose not to give in today and I succeeded. All glory to the Lord!
It was very hard my first day! I was supper hungry. Now today, it was a little easier, because I was stronger. I will be sharing my journey and you can share yours as well.
My goal for this fast was to give my body a break from cooked foods, and give my body time to rest, strengthen and repair itself. Juicing doesn't give you the full benefits as one with a full fast with only water. Fasting is very good for your body.
