Sharing my recipe of the week. This one is so delicious and yet so healthy for you. I call it my Apple Anti-Inflammatory Drink. You can use as tea, cold or hot beverage. The ingredients included serves many benefits for your body. Some of the benefits are that it boosts energy, anti- inflammatory, aids in healthy weight management, cleanses the liver and cleanses your skin.
