Research and studies have shown that these roots and leaves plays an integral part of our heart. Rather you choose to have yours with or without honey, sweet or unsweet, you will reap the benefits.
Studies have found that some teas may help with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes; encourage weight loss; lower cholesterol; and bring about mental alertness. Tea also appears to have antimicrobial qualities.
Teas come in many types of blends and benefits. One that I love the most is a mixture of hibiscus, red raspberry leaf, cloves, dried fruits and beets. It is an excellent cardiovascular tea that will promote good cardiovascular health, reduce blood pressure, control blood sugar, nerve issues, acts a diuretic, improves circulation, and reduces inflammation.
Do you like your tea fruity, sour, sweet, honey, tangy, spicy or what is your favorite tea. Comment below, I would love to know what type of tea you like to drink.
