Good Morning! My Morning exercise on today!
Good Morning Everyone! I pray everyone is doing well! I encourage everyone to don't give up and always put God first! Our health and success lies within him!
Exercising is good for your heart, joints and your mind. Let's get things moving. My workout this morning was a 30 minute Fastwalk with Leslie Sansone. Everyone knows she has been around for years with her effective and fun walk workout routine. I find her motivational and easy to catch on and I was actually able to complete the workout. There is more I need to do, but I am thankful that I achieved this task.
